At aligrace, each piece is thoughtfully created using authentic, upcycled vintage Levi's denim. Our denim is decades old and has lived many lives before being reworked into something new. These characteristics are what make each piece unique and are an inherent part of working with vintage materials.

Due to the age and nature of vintage denim, all pieces may exhibit natural signs of wear, including but not limited to fading, discoloration, fraying, distressing, small holes, repairs, patches, and other subtle imperfections. These characteristics vary from garment to garment and are not considered manufacturing defects when consistent with the vintage nature of the material.

We cannot guarantee that any garment will be free of distressing, repairs, or other signs of vintage wear, and we are unable to accommodate requests for completely distressing-free denim. Even when a garment appears minimally distressed in product photography, the individual vintage denim used to fulfill your order may have different characteristics.

We carefully source and select high-quality vintage denim and ensure that each garment meets our quality standards before shipment. Any natural imperfections are part of the garment's history and do not compromise its intended wearability.

If you are unhappy with the vintage characteristics of your garment, you are welcome to submit a request through our Return/Exchange Portal, subject to our standard Returns + Exchanges Policy. Please understand that replacement garments are also made from vintage denim, and we cannot guarantee that an exchange will have less distressing or fewer signs of wear.

Natural vintage wear and distressing do not, on their own, qualify an order for a refund to the original payment method. All eligible returns and exchanges are subject to our published policies.
