Cancellation Policy
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Because all of our denim is made to order, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.
As soon as your order is submitted, our team begins hand-selecting your vintage denim and preparing it for production. Every pair is cut, rebuilt, washed, and finished specifically for you. For this reason, orders cannot be stopped once they enter production, regardless of whether they are standard sizing or fully custom.
Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order. If you need guidance on style, sizing, or inseam length, we strongly encourage reaching out prior to checkout.
We offer payment plans through ShopPay, Afterpay, Klarna and Affirm.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
STANDARD SIZE ORDERS
Standard size denim is also made to order. For this reason, we do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Standard size items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
You may exchange your item for a different size, wash, or style directly through our exchange portal, or select refund to store credit.
Because every pair is individually produced, we encourage thoughtful ordering and intentional purchasing.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom denim is final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
If your custom piece is not fitting correctly due to a measurement issue, you may submit an alteration request through our portal. If approved, alterations are subject to a $55 fee plus return shipping both ways.
