Can I cancel my order?
No, you unfortunately cannot cancel your custom order once it has been placed. This is a custom product, as soon as orders come in our team starts hand selecting your customs.
Please be sure about placing your order. We do, however, offer AFFIRM payments using SHOPPAY on customs. (AFTERPAY/KLARNA coming soon)
Can I return my order?
No, unfortunately we do not allow refunds/returns as this is a custom product. We do, however, offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If your customs aren't fitting you perfectly please submit an exchange request and if we are able to fix them we will accept the exchange and bill you the alteration fee of $50 + shipping. If you have any other non measurement issues, please submit an exchange request detailing your issue. We will contact you within 48-72 hours of submitting your exchange.
