At aligrace, every pair of jeans is made to order with care by our small team. Once your order leaves our studio and is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping provider.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Packages stolen after delivery
  
• Packages marked delivered but not received
  
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address by the carrier
  
• Packages taken from mailrooms, porches, front desks, or building lobbies
  

We are unable to offer replacements or full refunds for packages that are scanned as delivered.

Carrier Claims

If your package is missing but marked as delivered, we will assist by submitting a claim with the carrier when possible. Please note:

• Carrier reimbursements are limited and determined solely by the shipping provider
  
• UPS reimbursement is capped at $50 for each delivered-but-missing packages
  
• Once a carrier issues a reimbursement, we will pass that amount directly to you
  

Carrier decisions are final and outside of our control.

What To Do If Your Package Is Missing

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or building management
  
• Asking anyone who may have accepted the package for you
  
• Contacting your local UPS facility for delivery details
  
• Filing a police report for stolen property if applicable
  

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Shipping Protection Recommendation

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address and ensuring someone is available to receive your package. We also recommend using UPS delivery instructions or signature confirmation for high-value orders.

By Placing an Order

By placing an order with aligrace, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Ownership transfers to the customer once the package is shipped
  
• aligrace is not liable for stolen, lost, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered
