Exchange + Return Policy
Standard size denim is made to order and eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Custom denim is final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.
At aligrace, every pair of jeans is made to order with care by our small team. Each piece is individually sourced from authentic vintage denim, cut, rebuilt, washed, and finished specifically for you once your order is placed.
We are not fast fashion. We do not produce excess inventory for try-on and refund cycles. Because of the labor, sustainability, and intention behind each garment, we encourage thoughtful ordering and intentional purchasing.
If you are unsure about style, sizing, or inseam length, we strongly recommend reaching out before placing your order. We are always happy to guide you so you feel confident in your selection.

STANDARD SIZE ORDERS
Eligible within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
How to Exchange or Select Store Credit:
• Visit our Exchange Portal
• Enter your order number and email
• Select the item you would like to exchange
• Choose your new size, wash, or style directly in the portal
• Or select “Refund to Store Credit” if you prefer to shop at a later time
Processing Timeline:
Exchange and store credit requests are manually reviewed by our team. Please allow up to 72 business hours for approval.
If you selected a prepaid return label, it will be emailed to you once your request is approved.
If you select “Ship with your own method,” you may send your return to the address provided in the portal using your preferred carrier.
If selecting a direct exchange, your new item will enter production once your return is received and approved. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing and shipment.
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
Store credit and exchanges reflect the exact amount paid on the original order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom denim is final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once placed.
If there is a measurement issue with your custom piece, you may submit an alteration request through our portal.
Please provide updated measurements and three photos of the jeans on you so we can assess fit.
Alterations are subject to a $55 fee plus return shipping both ways. Once received, please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for alterations to be completed and shipped.
