Please give us exact measurements according to our measurement guide. It is normal to measure 1-2" bigger than what you wear in modern denim. Vintage Levi's are 100% cotton and have limited stretch, so it is best to go with your exact measurements.

Customs take an estimated 4-7 weeks to be created an shipped (unless you select RUSH order shipping +$150). This is only an estimated time frame and depends on order demand each month. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order is shipped!

Measure yourself according to our measurement guide. Please give us exact measurements on your order and attach an inspiration photo for your desired fit! You may also leave us a note in your order detailing that you'd like them to fit baggy or relaxed. We will adjust your measurements accordingly. Do not add any inches to any of your measurements!

You can submit an exchange request via our exchange portal. Please take photos of the jeans on detailing the issue you are having. Please also re-measure yourself to double check your measurements.

We will respond to your exchange within 48-72 hours!

We can taper your jeans as little, or as much as you like. Our most frequently ordered form of tapering is "straight leg tapering". We have 3 forms of tapering:

• Straight leg

• Standard leg tapering

• Slim leg tapering

Please provide us your calf + ankle measurements and attach an inspo photo for your desired leg/tapering fit. We will taper the jeans according to your inspo, there is no need to provide us with anything more than your own ankle and calf measurements. Please refer to our measurement guide for more details on tapering.

Please follow our care instructions to take care of your Levi's the way that we would. Vintage denim is long lasting, yet delicate & if taken care of properly will last a lifetime. Here are our tips on how to launder your Levi's:

• Wash on the most gentle cycle in cold water.

• Lay flat to dry, or if you really need to - dry on delicate with low heat.

• Only launder similar items with your vintage Levi’s, or if possible, alone.

• The distressing will continue to fluff up with time, this is normal.
