Please expect longer processing and shipping times during periods of increased order volume. As a small team, we carefully create each order with intention and precision. We are a MADE-TO-ORDER brand, meaning your denim is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because we do not mass-produce or maintain finished inventory, processing times may occasionally extend beyond our standard estimates during high-volume periods.

STANDARD SIZING:

Please allow an estimated 2–4 weeks for your standard-size order to be completed and processed for shipment.

Standard sizing is completed more quickly than custom sizing; however, all of our denim is still made to order. Our denim is intentionally produced in limited quantities to protect the integrity of the product and avoid overproduction.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

Please allow an estimated 4–8 weeks for your custom order to be completed and processed for shipment.

This is an estimate and may vary depending on monthly custom-order demand.

SHIPPING:

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. The time frames below are estimated carrier transit times and do not include order processing time.

EXCHANGES:

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks after we receive your returned item for your exchange to be processed.

To help avoid delays, please send your original order back as soon as possible. Your replacement denim cannot begin the exchange fulfillment process until your return has been received.
